Flower Bar Rental Prices

(Prices updated July 2026)

*Pricing includes delivery, set up and clean up by Tangled lilac Staff. Cart will be delivered and set up with supplies needed to make bouquets. The cart will be picked up at the end of your event. Client must keep credit card on file with Tangled Lilac, in the event that there is damage caused to the cart, or any supplies provided to the client.

Base Price for Flower Cart Rental:                                     

$125 for Cart with Designing Tools + Tax = Total Cost

Package #1: Cart is curated to your theme or left to us to choose Designer’s Choices seasonal flowers. Flowers could include but are not limited to Daisies, Chrysanthemums, Carnations, Alstroemeria, Roses and other seasonal flowers. This package is priced as follows:

$125 + $18 Per Person for Flowers + tax

Package #2 (Upgrade): This cart is curated to your theme, or you can leave it up to us and choose Designer’s choice of seasonal flowers. This cart is upgraded with a premium flowers added to our basic package mix. Flowers such as Hydrangea, Snap dragons, Liles, Roses and other seasonal flowers will be added to make up this cart. (Flowers availability based on season.) This package is priced as follows:

$125 + $25 Per Person for Flowers + tax
